Pastor Kennedy, whose passion is to serve the community, has been a member of Gethsemane Garden of Prayer Church for the past 26 years.  He has served under the Pastoral Leadership of Charles E. Hendrix Sr. Pastor Kennedy who is married to Sister Kyra Kennedy is a proud native of South Phoenix. The Kennedys have a daughter, Taniah, who is currently a sophomore at South Mountain Community College.

 

Pastor and Sister Kennedy also serve as loving foster parents to provide a safe and healthy Pastor Terrance Kennedy & First Lady Kyra Kennedy environment for children. Pastor Kennedy is also committed to serving the community through coaching, mentoring, officiating, and volunteering for various organizations to help spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

 

We, the members of Union Institutional Baptist Church, are excited to welcome Pastor Kennedy, Sister Kennedy, Taniah and the other children in the family to our spiritual Family, and we look forward to his leadership and guidance during our transitional period.
