MEET OUR NEW PASTOR
Pastor Ray C. Jones
Rev. Ray Clayton Jones is a native of Nashville, Tennessee and a third-generation Baptist Pastor. After growing up in the inner-city and graduating from high school, Rev. Jones left to pursue a career in the U.S. Air Force.
While serving, God called Rev. Jones to the gospel ministry at age 21. Rev. Jones preached his first sermon in Mackenbach, Germany and was later licensed in Starkville, Mississippi at his father’s church in 2003. He was ordained in 2005.
At the end of his military commitment, Rev. Jones moved to Dallas, Texas to begin his educational pursuits. Rev. Jones completed his Bachelors of Science in Ministry Leadership at Dallas Christian College and a Masters of Liberal Arts in Christian Studies and Business Management at Dallas Baptist University while simultaneously beginning a voca- vocational career in ministry, serving some of the nation’s most prominent churches and pastors.
It was in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, that Rev. Jones met his beautiful wife, Neystal “Neicy” (Howard) and they began their beautiful family in 2005. In 2011, their daughter Olivia Latoya was added to their family.
Upon completion of his graduate studies in 2012, a ministry opportunity brought the Jones family to the Phoenix area.
